I don't know the song name but it is by Barði, an Icelandic artist
I looked at Bardi's website & discography, but couldn't find any tracks called Dream, is it from Bang Gang or Lady and Bird, or a solo project? Haxan, perhaps?

Can't find it either, but there is a volkswagon passat commercial on youtube that has it playing in the background.
