Sadie and Meridith talk about Christina, and we got to know why Sadie and Meridith were not really close anymore. Bailey talks to Jackson, the kid patient. After Bailey left, Jackson gave the wish form to Alex to sign.

Meredith and Derek dance to the song towards the end of the episode and it plays over a montage of shots of the rest of the cast till the end of the show.

Callie and Mark invent a no-sex-with-interns 12-step program. George reminds Alex it's Izzie's birthday. Everyone discusses William Dunn. Owen blows off Cristina.

Margaret tells George, Mark and Callie she's going to Denver. Callie and Mark try to avoid looking at the interns. Mark leaves with Lexie.

Arizona snaps at Bailey over Jackson's treatment options. Cristina leaves the room when Mer enters. Owen asks if Cristina wants to get a drink. She tells him to leave her alone.
