It's in Bones 2.12, The man in the cell episode.
It's only a line. It's when the FBI let Brennan in her apartment at the end of the episode just before the guy jumps out to kill her.
It sounds like the words are: There’s a contradiction, its filled my heart and my mind
Could you please email if you find it?

Thanks.

What's So Funny About Peace Love and Understanding by
Nick Lowe
The end before the closing credits. Contrary to the claims of others on his page, it is not a cover of an Elvis Costello song. Nick Lowe wrote and recorded the song initially, so Costello's version was the cover.

K, it's called "running up that hill" by placebo... you can find the download at itunes.
yes, it's running up that hill, but people - it's by kate bush and placebo covered it. get it right. or at least closer.
Someone know the damn shower song! I can't find it anywhere. We get 1 line then little Eppsy comes sneaking through the closet and muffles the next one. Imagine the vexation.
also- wrong episode. Running up that hill wasn't in "the man in the cell" it was in the episode before. So, both incorrect. But the Placebo version was the one used so that would be the one cited.
placebo does the last song , but the shower one?
The song at the end of the man vin the cell is a cover of the Elvis Costello song by Nick Lowe
