I finally found the song after 3hrs of searching..It is called Strict Machine by Black Cherry or by Goldfrapp as said by Limewire

Its not Goldfrapp's Strict Machine off of Black Cherry- that's the Verizon Chocolate phone song. The one Ray and I want was in French
