i was just wondering what the song was that had played at the first crime scene. the crime scene with the burned street luge (think that's how you spell it) man. the song stated something about 'burning my life away', I believe. HELP!

It really sounded like Ian Astbury (from The Cult) singing. I'm not familiar with the song though, and am searching her for any info also.

Confirmed. This was "Burn My Shadow" sung by Ian Astbury of the Cult. Apparently produced/recorded in 2007. Perform search of "Burn My Shadow" for more info including lyrics.
