I think the one when the healer's in the room is Ten Thousand Angels by Caedmon's Call, but I can't get it downloaded, so I don't know for sure...the lyrics sounds right.
It is 10 Thosand Angels by Caedmon's Call. You can watch a live performance of the song on Youtube. He actually talks about how his wife wrote it and how the song was chosen for Grey's Anatomy.
