(Opening Scenes) Meredith enters Dr. Wyatt's office. Callie catches Cristina vacuuming in an aggressive manner. Alex serves Rebecca breakfast and she throws up. Meredith paces in Dr. Wyatt's office as they talk about her being a quitter. The Chief tells Hahn that Walter Tapley will be visiting and starts barking orders at her and George to prepare for his visit.

Cristina and Meredith talk about Walter Tapley at lunch. Lexie tries to talk to Meredith and Cristina tells her that Meredith hates her. Mark sits with Callie in the cafeteria and tells her that he's a changed man and they're going to get to know each other if they're gonna have sex. Hahn joins them and she and Callie joke about being lovers and tease him. Richard and Erica argue about the Tapley surgery.

I was wondering what the piano music was. It is played at the beginning when Derek and Meredith are in the room with their newest clinical patient and the patient is telling them how it feels to be loved.
