There are two songs I'd like to know the artist, one was playing when Meredith was dressing Christina's butt wound, and the other was playing right at the end of the episode. Thanks!

the song i can't find starts right after derek's speech, when everyone's clapping and Christina and Owen kiss, Teddy talks to Avery, Arizona to Karev and when Lexie gets ignored by Sloan. Thanks a lot!
