Addison gives Derek divorce papers and tells him that the ball's in his court. Derek and Meredith talk about the divorce papers. Alex has a problem kissing Izzie after their date. Cristina thanks Burke for being there for her when she lost the baby.

Cristina tells Burke they're a couple and not to make a big deal about it. Addison tells Meredith she isn't leaving Seattle while there is still the slightest chance Derek wants her. Addison watches Derek perform surgery as Meredith assists.
