The last song is not "Finally" by the Frames, I haven't been able to find the song yet.
Anyone know the song at the very beginning? It is playing in the background, and then once they pan out to show the marijuana the lyrics come in. I think I hear the words "time" and "oh yeah" but it's really hard to understand. Thanks!
It's is Finally by the Frames, see yourself

Its definitely "Finally" by The Frames. No doubt.
I downloaded my verison from Amazon Unbox and in that verison it is definitely not "Finally" I have that album.
I think it may have been a more rock version of the song, but they lyrics are the same. The line "Did you fall?" I instantly recognized in the show.
Btw, do you have the album Burn the Maps?
Yes, I have had "Burn the Maps" for three years. The song I have at the end is 100% not "The Frames" The guy's voice is distinctive.
Jo, The song you are asking about is Ahead of My Time by Teddybears from their Soft Machine album.
Thank you so much BT! You're a lifesaver... that would have driven me crazy. You rock.
The last song on the broadcasted version is "Finally" by the Frames. If you saw the episode online, it was a different song. They change basically all of the music for the nbc.com version and probably the amazon version as well...
...It sucks because the original music on the broadcasted version is ALWAYS better and way more fitting. Which makes sense, as they were the original choices.
Well, can someone figure out what the song is from the nbc.com version? Because that one is quite good as well.
(And it's not "Finally"; the song on the nbc.com episode is in 3/4 time.)
Can someone tell me what the guitar riff at the beginning of the show as he is walking into the prison is from. There are two lines of guitar riff and then a bass line comes in. I have no idea what it is from. Anyone out there know?
I'm trying to figure out the lyrics from the NBC version during Crews' talk with Hollis and the snake hunt. Some lyrics:
everybody's right sometimes
sometimes everybody's wrong
everybody's weak sometimes
sometimes everybody's strong
The guitar riff at the beginning of the episode is from Kyuss, song called El Rodeo.
Jason the song u're looking for is "Betrayal" by Rod Oliver
