Scene: (Opening Scenes) Addison & her friends celebrate at Joe's while Derek talks on his cell phone. Derek runs out on them to go back to the hospital.

Scene: Violet & Pete argue over how she handled Rachel's case and how she treated him. Rachel gets manic about hearing her baby crying. Alex asks Addison if she's happy. He tells her that he's with Izzy now and she's a mess and how he's always picking the crazy chick. Rachel is manic and says that she didn't mean to hurt her baby, shocking everyone and admitting that she slipped and went under the water and when she reached for her that she held her down.

Scene: Derek and Addison perform surgery on Beth's baby and she starts having trouble breathing as her lungs fill up with fluid. Cooper, Pete & Violet discuss Rachel's situation and the psychotic state she's in. Charlotte walks by and sees Cooper hugging Violet. Derek and Addison work on Jen and she talks about a hot dog Thanksgiving with his family when they were married. Archer demands to see his CT scans and says that Derek didn't get it all, stating he could die any minute.

Scene: Charlotte tells Cooper that she doesn't have it in her to be part of the intimate thing he has with Violet. Pete joins Violet as she watches Rachel sleeping between her husband and her baby. He tells her that she only thinks about herself. Bailey thanks Sam. Addison shows Jen's husband the baby's heartbeat. Jen develops a complication from surgery, unable to say the words she wants to say and not making sense.
